We are excited to announce our partnership with HYROX, the world’s leading indoor fitness competition designed for athletes of all levels. As an official HYROX training center, Empire Training Academy now offers HYROX-specific workouts, expert coaching, and Performance Fitness Tests (PFTs) to help you train like a HYROX athlete. During this class, expect endurance based training based on specific components of a HYROX race.
